The Tactile Group Named To The Best Workplaces 2021 and Enduring Impact by Inc.

Philadelphia, PA – (May 28, 2021) – Inc., a leading entrepreneurial magazine highlighting the best in business, has named The Tactile Group in its “Best Workplaces 2021” list along with an “Enduring Impact” award.

Tactile is honored to be selected as one of the top 429 Best Workplaces in America. Presented as “Companies that Make Work Worth it,” the list is created based upon employee feedback, which includes comments on work environment, experience, and culture. The awards for 2021 were especially important as they were curated using employee experience during the turbulent pandemic. Tactile has proudly retained all employees throughout 2020.

Tactile went fully remote during the Covid-19 crisis yet all employees remained engaged through the use of communication tools, video conferencing, and virtual social gatherings. CEO Marc Coleman and COO Jim Kiley-Zufelt maintained their standing open-door policy and held regular staff check-ins in order to provide support and continue morale.
